    Merry Christmas from the ASG!

This Christmas message goes to all Guild members and to all sewing enthusiasts. 2014 has been a year of new ideas and sometimes that can be a bit scary. Remember the first time you made a buttonhole or inserted a zipper? You thought you would never get the hang of it but, sure enough, persistence paid off and now you wonder what you worried about. New ways of doing things take a bit of getting used to but embracing change can be rewarding and exciting. We look forward to a new year of spreading the word about the joy of sewing in all forms.

May your needles always be sharp, your threads have only one knot (at the end) and your days long enough to fit in all those projects lying in the bottom drawer. Merry Christmas and very best wishes for the New Year.
